Printed Issues

Our quarterly magazine is sold as a pre order. The order cut off for printed issues and shipping information will be specified in the issue description. However there may be a limited amount of copies available to buy after the release date.

Delivery

Orders containing printed issues are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK) or Royal Mail International Tracked (worldwide) unless otherwise stated. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Digital editions are delivered via email upon release or instantly when ordered after the release date. Please ensure you include a valid email with your order.

While most orders arrive within a few working days of dispatch, delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate with the delivery provider.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Salt Butter Smoke does not control these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs processing may result in delayed delivery.

Digital editions are available worldwide.
