Physical Editions

In Season physical editions are produced in limited quantities and sold as pre-orders ahead of publication.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the advertised order cut-off date. Once the order window has closed and production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to put things right. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement copy, refund or alternative solution.

Where a return is approved, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty, damaged or sent in error. As physical editions are produced in limited quantities and often printed to order, we encourage customers to contact us before arranging any return so that we can discuss the most appropriate solution.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning any item, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Digital Editions

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a digital edition has been delivered or downloaded.

If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Pre-Orders

Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the delivery provider.
