How Will My Order Be Delivered?

Pre Orders

Pre ordered printed issues will be despatched the week of the release date, via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (currently UK only). Digital issues will be emailed to you on the release date.

In Stock Issues

Printed magazines purchased after the release date will be dispatched within 2 working days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Digital issues will be available to download immediately.

My Shipping Address Is Incorrect, Can This Be Changed?

If you have pre ordered a printed magazine, get in touch with us and we'll be happy to change the shipping address for you. If your order has been fulfilled, unfortunately we won't be able to change the address and it will be sent to the address provided.

I Haven't Received A Digital Product

If you have not received a digital product, get in touch via email at ben@saltbuttersmoke.com and I'll be happy to help. Please make sure to include a valid email address with your order. Sometimes emails might end up in your spam folder.

If you've pre ordered a digital magazine, this will be sent to you on the day of release.
