How Will My Order Be Delivered?

UK Shipping

Orders in the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This online store is run by a very small team so please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch (for in stock items).

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available via Royal Mail International Tracked. Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or handling fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. The delivery timeframe varies depending on the country but please allow at least 14 business days to allow for any customs processing.

Pre Orders

Pre ordered printed issues will be despatched the week of the release date, via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for (UK orders). International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping time depends on the country but tend to arrive within 14 business days.  Digital issues will be emailed to you on the release date.

In Stock Issues

Printed magazines purchased after the release date will be dispatched within 2 working days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK) or Royal Mail International Tracked (rest of world). Digital issues will be available to download immediately.

My Shipping Address Is Incorrect, Can This Be Changed?

If you have pre ordered a printed magazine, get in touch with us and we'll be happy to change the shipping address for you. If your order has been fulfilled, unfortunately we won't be able to change the address and it will be sent to the address provided.

I Haven't Received A Digital Product

If you have not received a digital product, get in touch via email at ben@saltbuttersmoke.com and I'll be happy to help. Please make sure to include a valid email address with your order. Sometimes emails might end up in your spam folder.

If you've pre ordered a digital magazine, this will be sent to you on the day of release.
